A and K Motorsport acts as agent in the sale of goods which are supplied by our suppliers and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
All warranties and guaranties are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. A and K Motorsport will deal direct with manufacturers on your behalf but accepts no liability for any losses, costs damages, charges or expenses caused by any warranty claim.

All prices are in GBP (Sterling) and are subject to change without notice. All goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, or to wait for new stock.
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.

As such A and K Motorsport takes no responsibility in respect of any claim including labour whatsoever and however caused, arising from the use of any parts bought from us which are incorrect for the buyers vehicle (DO NOT FIT ANY PARTS WHICH ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE) make sure the part is the same as the one you are removing and if you feel you have the wrong part then contact us before attempting to fitthem.
Goods purchased by mail order that prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to the Company within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.
Items are returned carriage paid, unused and in their original condition to secure a refund. Items must be returned complete with all packaging in good condition. The Company is not obliged to make any offer to refund, credit or exchange goods if received outside the 7-day period. Items not returned within 7 days will be subject to a re – stocking fee of not less than 15% (this does not affect statutory rights) should the Company agree to accept the goods. We cannot accept for return non - stock / special order items once supplied unless there is a specific manufacturing defect. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which are undelivered, retain your proof of postage for use in the event of any claim. The Company is not responsible for any costs incurred during fitting or removal of any allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) goods. To offset the cost of order processing, the Purchaser will be charged a handling fee in accordance with costs incurred by the Company on all returned goods unless the Company accepts liability for any unsuitable or faulty item. An amount no greater than 25% of the original purchase price will be applied. Any uncertainty on whether a product is non stock or special order should be checked prior to purchase , otherwise it will be assumed that the terms herein are agreed by the Purchaser.
ALL DEPOSITS PAID ON PARTS THAT ARE MADE TO ORDER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
PAY PAL PAYMENTS
If paying by Pay Pal please note that Pay Pal have changed their refund policy and now DO NOT refund the fee they charge. If you ask for a refund you will be refunded your original payment minus the Pay Pal fee. If you accept a Credit Note though we can refund you in full.
Before returning your goods, please read the following instructions carefully.
Your return is subject to our standard conditions of sale and final inspection of the goods upon return. You must have notified us within 7 days of receiving the goods that you wish to return them for refund. Items which we have especially ordered for you cannot be accepted for return. To qualify the item(s) must be returned unused, complete with original packaging and in "as new" saleable condition. Postage costs will be your responsibility. If packaging is damaged you will be liable for a 5% surcharge to cover our repackaging costs.
1.Please include inside the box your order number, Name and reason for return.
2.Do not put any address label directly on the product box or packaging, always use additional packaging to protect the product box/packaging.
3.It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is sufficiently packaged for transit. Please aim to return your items within 7 days after notification.
4.It is very important that you obtain proof of despatch from your local post office as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost items without proof of posting.

HARDRACE- We order on a Friday for delivery to us the following Monday week. If your order is in before midday on a Friday we should be able to deliver to you by the middle of the 2nd week after depending on which delivery option you choose.
BC RACING-K SPORT-D2 BRAKES-If in stock products will be delivered to you according to which delivery option you choose. If not in stock please note that it can take 12 weeks plus to be delivered to us. In this event we will contact you to offer the choice of waiting for your specific choice, choosing another variation or to cancel your order.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
